I've lived there 7 years and it's typically been great, but this past year was less than great. The pandemic started over two years ago, but the roof deck and recreation area (pool table & ping pong table) was still closed down in 2022, supposedly because of the pandemic. This made no sense considering the gym is in the same room as the rec area, and the gym was available but the rec wasn't. Same with the deck- that was entirely outdoors, so no logic to why we couldn't access it because of the pandemic. This year there was also an issue with the pool area. Typically it is very popular and residents love to use it, but it was suddenly shut down "for renovation" at the height of summertime. Nothing was broken, so renovation is absurd to undergo during the one season that everyone uses it. Fi

The complex is well maintained, great unit layouts, there's tenant parking, and you are a fair distance from essential stores. There were some on going issues that were immediately brought to management's attention, but ultimately not resolved; bugs, water, neighbors not complying to quiet hours (all for the entire year we lived there, not at the start of the Stay At Home ordinance).

Maintenance in the apartment is consistently done without excessive delay, professionally and very well with high quality materials. Nothing has ever had to be fixed twice. All the amenities are first rate, and the residents are courteous and responsible.

Its a nice apartment with awesome people. Amy (Manager) helped us a lot during the onboarding process and always helpful in all matters. She is a kind and warm person to reach out for any queries/issues.

Great and Nice People !!! ***** AMY is One of the most Lovely, Adorable Persons We have met in Life !!! As a Manager of the Property, she is VERY RESPONSIBLE and EFFICIENT !!. Also, I like the support and treatment from the personnel that works there.
