My overall experience has been genuinely great. The staff makes everything easy. For example when I needed to look into transferring apartments, they broke down the entire process for me in a simple easy to understand. I would recommend living here. The office staff is excellent. Both Cheyenne and Tiffany are great they are extremely helpful polite. They answer questions and provide excellent service. The maintenance team is also very kind and helpful. Submitting a request through the app is super easy to use what I appreciate is that after they complete the request they always ask if there’s anything else I need done or if they need take a look at anything else. Also having local food spots and a grocery store that is easily walkable that’s a good plus for convenience. I have only two c

I would like to recognize the team at Encore for their outstanding service. Eira, Shalynn, and Cheyenne were absolutely fantastic and provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. The property was beautifully maintained, and it was great to see the maintenance team actively working to keep everything in excellent condition. I highly recommend touring this community to anyone searching for a new home.

We are new tennants at Encore Hometown. The staff including Tiffany has been nothing short of amazing. We were kept informed throughout the process and our move in was flawless. We had a couple of small maintenance issues that were handled immediately. The community is very quiet and well managed. Great job by Tiffany, the maintenance team, and managment team.
