Encore Apartments

I have had the best experience with Encore Apartments. Alexia has been extremely helpful, friendly, quick responses, and overall professional with this entire process. She even ensured the apartment was extremely clean before handing over the keys. I have a great feeling moving in to this new place. We love it so much!

Arrived to Oregon and went straight to their office. Great customer service. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Moving process went sooo smoothly. Everything was stress free, fast and efficient. Very satisfied with Alexia, even though she was new, she was superb!!! The apartment complex is nice. The interior of the apartment is also really nice. The surrounding are seems like a good area.

They have been holding my deposit hostage for over 4 months now—which is illegal in Oregon. I have sent several emails and tried calling multiple times and they're just ignoring my calls. Update: TLDR: Make sure you submit a written notice when moving out even if they tell you that you're not required to. The property management company finally got back to me after 4 months. They tried to charge me for extra 20+ days of rent beyond the end of our lease because their system showed that our notice was recorded inside the 30-day notice requirement. However, we gave our verbal notice to the front office manager more than 30 days before our move-out date and were told that that would be enough. The property manager confirmed that they do not require written notice—but also asked that we prov

10/10 recommend Encore Apartments, Alexia was very helpful and made my move in process a breeze! very quick with maintence requests and getting back to you, very nice and will answer any questions you ask!

The maintenance worker who stopped by was excellent. He diagnosed the issue with the stove and was able to fix it in a short amount of time. He was also friendly and seemed like a good person. We are thankful for his help.
