Enclave at Woodcrest Station

Poor soundproofing and limited follow-through from management. I can hear an unusual amount of loud noise from the apartment above—footsteps, thuds/banging, everyday activity—often at times that make rest difficult. I reported it repeatedly, and after a lot of back-and-forth, the response from management felt minimal and slow. If you’re sensitive to noise, think carefully about living here. The location and amenities are fine, but the building’s noise transfer and limited follow-through from management overshadow the positives. I’m counting down the months until my lease ends.

I love the amenities, and the community of residents is generally very kind, welcoming, and looks out for one another. Unfortunately, the building itself appears to have been constructed with very low-quality materials. The walls are extremely fragile and cannot be cleaned without damaging the sheetrock. Door handles and cabinet hardware frequently come loose, and the walls are so thin that it is very difficult to hang items such as bookshelves, large photos, or artwork securely. I have also experienced several electrical issues in my kitchen, dining area, living area, and even on the balcony. Maintenance staff are friendly and try to help, but many issues are not properly resolved the first time. No heat for ten days blower went bad had to wait for parts to be ordered from Canada.(was given portable space heater) in unit Washer are junk door pads don't work we are constantly unable to get into our buildings overcharged for water & sewer poor snow removal waited 5 days for handicapped spaces to be plowed Entry doors don't lock always open this is poor management Dana never has time to speak with her tenants but will sit in her office with her ears wide open luxury promised but not given traffic mirrors needed real bad!!! Can't wait till my lease is up

Pros: nice apartments, pretty good location, quite clean, overall nice tenants otherwise, great maintainence staff that are very prompt. Cons: Agree with the review below that the noise proofing is worse than any other apartment I have been too. I hear everything going on in the upstair tenant's bathroom. I've complained to the office with nothing being done. I feel like the office greatly values profits over their tenants. They charge random fees, and jack up prices whilst not giving the full return back on the quite high apartment fees. Oh and almost every weekend there's a private event in the game room so can't use that as frequently.

I love living here! My building and all the surrounding areas are always clean. It’s a very safe environment. I can walk to the trash by myself at night without looking over my shoulder. The gym has really great equipment and is 24 hours. The staff is exceptional, Tina is the sweetest !!
