Enclave at Oakhurst

i’ve been a tenant at enclave Oakhurst for six months now… It’s a small safe community… With beautiful views, a wildlife and a family park right next to the complex… A walking or a bike ride pathway that Leads straight to superWalmart… Me and my family save a ton on gas… And maintenance request has been outstanding… We’re blessed 🙏🏾

Love all the new ownership compliments, but nothing yet on how they are charging CURRENT TENANTS a security deposit out of the blue! How unconscionable is this to levy a huge additional fee on top of rent when you are years into a lease term and never missed or were late with a payment? Not to mention that, although it was included in a new lease to be signed, it was NOT in the highlights page that was issued, so it was easily missed and seems it was intentionally hidden. These people are not to be trusted. Management has been shoddy at best for years and these folks are obviously taking advantage of tenants and are not going to be any better. Look elsewhere for a place to live where management is honest and will work for the betterment of the tenants and not their wallets.

Enclave at oakhurst is by far one of the best apartments I have lived at . Very spacious , also updated . Weina and Danna are very professional and willing to help you with any of your needs . As long as you keep open communication with them they will always keep open communication with you . Maintenance red is the bomb as well . Communicate is very clean and up kept and quiet . If you need an apartment that’s affordable and spacious choose enclave at oakhurst !!!

I’ve lived here for years — great location, excellent apartments and great community of people. The new property owners and manager are responsive and helpful. I’d highly recommend this place for something affordable, safe and nice!

New management is coming in strong and making great efforts to keep residents in their apartments and keeping property looking great. I appreciate the open communication and willingness to help.
