I went there looking for 1/1 and since I get in the office, Samantha was very nice person. She take care of me quickly even, when my appointment was schedule for 11 am, and I arrived at 10am due my job.

I like living here. It’s good that I have lots of places to shop and they are all close buy. Have a great view from my balcony. That’s a plus for me.

This place is a SCAM. Stay far away. Enclave at Lake Ellenor is one of the worst apartment complexes I've ever dealt with. The unit had a roach infestation and mold, and management completely ignored my complaints. They do not care about your health or safety — just your money. When I moved out, they hit me with over $1,200 in bogus charges for things like carpet, blinds, doors, and “cleaning” — even though I left the place spotless and have proof. They even charged me $10 for a doorknob and $50 for trash that didn’t exist. Worst of all, they lied about the deposit, claiming I never paid one — even though there was a promo when I moved in. Total scam. They prey on tenants when they leave, hoping you won’t fight back. This place should be investigated. Avoid this dump at all costs.

I would not recommend this complex in the Orlando location. I been living in this area for 8years I never once experienced this poor management experience and this whole overall experience from apply, to moving in and still experience poor service because I’m here for the next few months. During the application process the communication from the property was very poor, giving us incorrect information, we apply for 1st floor and we were waiting for days to weeks to get approval but one day we got a phone call that unit is not available due to the tenant not being approved to leave so we were offer 2nd or 3rd floor. Not once they communicated to us that was reason why we were waiting to get approved, we would love to know so we can be looking for other locations because our goal was 1st un
