Enclave at Bluffton Park Apartments

Awesome place. Love the location. Everyone is very friendly. Parking is a bit of an issue if having guest stay over/second vehicle. That issue comes with being close to downtown I guess.

We had a mold problem (pictures attached) that was so delayed in getting taken care of that we ended up waiting until end of lease to move out. They would send people and tell us all they need to do is paint over the mold. Ridiculous. I fought it so hard but there's no winning with this management. They finally decided to open up the drywall after months of persistence from me. There was damage behind multiple walls and under the floor. We had to get an Airbnb because it was not livable. They never compensated for the cost of the Airbnb that we stayed at for a month for the damage to our property and for the inconvenience we endured. My best friend is moving here and we have been trying to find her a place to live. I think we found it with The Enclave. Michelle was so thorough in finding out what she was looking for and genuinely seemed interested in how she could help assist her with her move. The decision was between two places but Michelle's obvious warmth and commitment to her property helped make the right choice!

I love the place, the only thing l do not like is when coming from work it is very hard to find a parking spot. Everything else is great. Michelle at the front desk is an amazing person. She is very professional and helpful when l need her to solve any issues. I am very happy here at enclave!

Expensive rent for how cheaply it's all made. Everything breaks, and they take forever to fix it. They have only 8 guest parking spots for all those people. I've had a guest towed when they told us they could park behind the main office. They got towed. $280 just to get their car back and the office won't pay us back for their mistake of saying it was okay for my guest to park there. I wish I could give no stars.
