I recently toured this community in Encinitas while helping my aunt look for her next home, and I was honestly so impressed with how organized and professional the management team is. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and well-run. The manager provided every single detail we could possibly need such as pricing, availability, amenities, policies, and next steps without us even having to ask! The tour itself was thorough and informative, not rushed at all. They answered all of our questions patiently and made sure my aunt felt comfortable and confident about her options. August 2025 I have resided at ETA for many years and have seen many improvements on the grounds and buildings, all with senior safety in mind. My interactions with Jose, our maintenance person, have always been pleasant—he is kind, reliable, and timely in addressing our needs. Amber, our current manager, has been a much-needed and greatly appreciated addition to our community. She is warm, efficient, and personable, and she makes each of us feel valued as members of the residence. Moving from Texas! New phone, car, email, job, state and man. If Southern California keeps treating me like little Miss Amber did when I called to inquire about an apartment, I'll be A-Ok! Thank you, dear (kissy emoji face- haven't figured where they are on this new phone. I'll have my new man show me, haven't found one yet, so keep an eye out for me! 🙏...well, l'll be! Amber, the current property manager, immediately put me at ease when I met her to tour the community on behalf of my grandfather, who is soon to move in this summer. She is clearly a kind and compassionate person who is highly valued and greeted warmly by all the residents, maintenance folks, and delivery people. People who care about seniors, understand their needs, and want to build relationships with them, are all too rare these days. I am so grateful to her for the time she put towards assisting us, and I hope she'll be here for as long as my grandfather is a renter!

My mother has lived here for 17 years and I am a frequent visitor. I have seen significant and needed changes since the new manager, Amber, has arrived. She listens to the tenants and understands the needs of a senior complex. It is a much safer and enjoyable place thanks to Amber!
