Enchanted Hills Apartments

My wife and I lived here for 5 years and we really loved our time at Enchanted Hills. We always felt very safe and enjoyed being close to a walking trail, as well as nearby groceries and shopping. Management was always kind. We would highly recommend living here!

I relocated here from California in June of 2025. I didn’t know what to expected because I didn’t even see the apartment.My thoughts were it was near a great school so it couldn’t be that bad. I was so happy that this was my choice. The grounds were always clean, the apartment was clean and it had a washer /dryer and close to shopping, Not only were my neighbors quiet they were nice and friendly. Stephen Thornton was so helpful in making my move a success… I absolutely loved it here and I would definitely recommend.

I lived here almost two & a half years and the best place I’ve come across! The most kind, attentive, professional management I’ve had!! Maintenance is always on their game! Super clean, safe and well maintained premises. If you are looking for a new place in the Enchanted Hills area, they are a must!

Management is awful. Pet dropping on sidewalk and gravel. They don't clean or address concern when notified. Remains there for weeks and has a strong odor. Also, office been notified about centipede encounters in apartments, and they can't do anything about it. Apartments look good from afar but don't let looks deceive you. Move on.
