I am writing to formally document ongoing concerns regarding the conduct and management practices at this apartment community. I have experienced repeated unprofessional behavior, including rude communication, lack of response to emails and phone calls, and contact outside of normal office hours that has made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. In addition, I believe certain actions and policies being enforced may not be consistent with Arizona landlord-tenant laws, including A.R.S. 33-1324(A)(5). Prior to moving in, I asked about obtaining an emotional support animal for my mental health and was told I would receive information and paperwork. However, I never received the necessary follow-up or guidance despite multiple attempts to communicate.

*Pay no mind to any review order than two years from now as that was a previous ownership and the property has been completely remodeled. * I stayed here for a year and half. The complex is more than just curb appeal with its recent remodel. The interior is really clean and the appliances are fantastic. My neighbors were always friendly and young professionals. The complex was always maintained by Mike who works his butt off to satisfy the residents. Taylor is also great with an open door policy on any concerns you may have. It’s worth noting, the parking here is rough. It hardly exist. With it being an open lot, there is a lot of outside traffic coming and going in it, especially when the school across the street is let out. Review of My Stay at Quays at Encanto *** New property managers 03/2024 I had a wonderful experience staying at Quays at Encanto! The overall atmosphere here is incredibly peaceful and quiet, making it a perfect place to unwind. If you ever need anything during your stay, the owners are highly responsive and take care of requests promptly, which is a huge plus. On-site maintenance is fantastic, ensuring everything runs smoothly and keeping the place in great condition. The pool is consistently well-maintained and clean, and the common areas are always tidy, which adds to the overall pleasant experience. It's clear that they take pride in keeping the community looking nice. One thing worth noting is that not all tenants clean up after their dogs, even though the apartment provides doggy

Beautiful property but horrible property owners/ Leasing staff and Maintenance! Nothing but problems and headaches since we moved in! If u want a service request to be done in a timely matter, forget it! It took almost two months to get our microwave replaced! Parking is horrible! Only enough parking for one car! Managers never call u back and its hard to even get one on the phone or a number for one! Leasing staff gives u the run arround and never returns voicemails or emails until days later! (or never)Maintenance hires 3rd parties to do work orders which takes forever! Our first 3 months here we didnt have proper cool air flow into either bedrooms! Finally installed ceiling fans which really didnt help in the summer! Cricket problem im summer! Residents with dogs rarely ever pick up aft

When we moved in there were still some dishes left in the dishwasher from the last people who lived there also Roaches in cracks of walls and little thing like sink knobs, handles to cupboards would fall off.
