I wish I would’ve had the same wonderful experience as a lot of these other reviews, unfortunately I did not. I moved in on august 1, 2025 and I was out by December. I had to hold my breath every time I had to walk to my apartment during the day time because it reeked of dog urine. People don’t pick up after their dog. Apartments are outdated, i had carpet beetles in the rooms, gnats, bathroom cabinets have like a onion smell to them, bathroom sink would always get clogged, kitchen skin was leaking, bathroom toilets drain this black material I don’t know if it’s a pluming or mold issues. My apartment would smell like marijuana every time my neighbor smoked. I talked to neighbors and they have the same problems. Split/shared utilities such as water, leading to inconsistent and unpredictable

i placed a application and paid a holding fee at this location over 12 days ago for a one bedroom apartment I have been extremely responsive to all their emails. and I have provided them every single little bit of documentation they have asked me for in more than a timely manner. i’ve also been following up at least every other 48 hours. prior to me putting in an application originally, I was told that the application process takes between 48 to 72 hours and it has exceed that time by more than 5 days and when I called the people in the office, they constantly brush me off as if I didn’t spend my hard earned money Communication was so bad to the point where I literally just had to drive 45 minutes to the office to speak with someone and he told me the exact same thing that they’ve been t

Good community at great prices. Initially picked them because their 2 bed apartments were the best value we could find in Goodyear, I eventually came to appreciate the comforts a lot more. My only complaint is that the apartments facing van buren pick up a lot of road noise, but outside of that never had any trouble. Would definitely come back if my situation changed.

I've lived here for over 6yrs. Haven't had a bad experience. Quiet property, maintenance has always been good and fixed any problems i have. It may not be the newest property but its definitely nice to lived here still.
