What a great experience so far!! I have been in the building for 2 weeks and I cannot be more appreciative of the pleasant attitude and the professionalism of the management. Both Sandra and Jessica, since day one ensured that they are available at all time provided high level of costumer service. Apartment it self in great condition, maintenance on to of their game and building is such an amazing spot for every kind of need. Thank you all!!

This is an excellent apartment with a very superior geographical location. The interior decoration belongs to the old money style. I live here. Robert Walker, the apartment supervisor here, is very responsible. He can handle all the problems that have happened and solved a lot of troubles for me.

The Empire Building has been an amazing home to us. The location and amenities including in the building make it a fantastic spot. The building is always clean and maintained to a high standard. Our property manager Jessica has been fantastic and is always quick to fix anything you bring to her attention. Jessica keeps the building in top notch shape!

First thing Jessica has not only went above and beyond for me as a tenant , I have had health issues and she not only checks to make sure I am doing well and make sure any problems I may have are dealt with quickly! She is cleaning the hallway and always is fixing a problem with some tenant here! Thank you for being you a kind hard working manager

This apartment is very good, it is my first choice of best accommodation in Syracuse, their manager Robert Walker is a very responsible person, he helped us to lock the housing needs and contract, very efficient.
