I spoke to Mike this morning in regards to payment I had sent through the mail. He was amazing, and very professional. Gave me valuable information and assisted me with setting up my portal. I am grateful for his patience and kindness.✅💯👍🏼

Spoke with Grace today. Was having communication issues with this new management company. I wasn't recieving physical letters or some emails. I have talked with other people at Empire and have gotten wrong information, and even a bad attitude or no one calling me back. Grace apologized and explained that they have taken on new clients recently. I understand that, but they should have been better prepared. Grace said that she would forward my information. We will see. She was lovely to talk with. A little hard to understand, but very nice.

Yes they did a five-star job and the guy that helped me I think his name Romo something like that but he was very good He was kind The most important thing of our conversation with his patient and kindness so let him know I said that

To Empire Management: Today, I talked to Alexandra. She wasn't able to remedy the problem; however, she was extremely cordial. I advised that I have been waiting over a month for the approvals to simply replace the existing single paned windows that are in bad condition with better quality double paned windows. Also with the fluctuation in temperatures, the utility bill has been quite high. So, you can imagine the urgency to have them replaced. We hope to replace the windows soon. There's also a 4-6 week period to build the windows, once approved. Alexandra indicated that the ARC group is currently experiencing high volumes of requests and therefore I'm not being ignored. She also assured me that I should receive an answer as soon as they get to my request.
