DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY NOR WITH THEIR REAL ESTATE ASSOCIATES. I SHOULD HAVE DONE BETTER RESEARCH BEFORE BUYING A HOME THROUGH THEM. THEY WILL PROMISE YOU EVERYTHING SUCH AS FIXING ON GOING ISSUES WITHIN THE HOME BUT GO MISSING IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING. THEY’RE IRRESPONSIBLE, INCONSIDERATE AND NOT RELIABLE. THEY ALSO RECOMMEND YOU TO INSPECTORS THAT WORK WITH THEM SO THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH MANY THINGS THAT CAN BE WRONG WITH THE HOME. WE SPENT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS FIXING THINGS IN OUR HOME IMMEDIATELY AFTER PURCHASING IT THOUGH IT WAS “NEWLY BUILT”. WE SPENT 3+ MONTHS CALLING THEM EVER SINGLE DAY AND THEY NEVER ANSWERED NOR SHOWED FACE. SERIOUSLY PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, OUR REAL ESTATE AGENT WAS YOTAM DAHAN.

RUN, RUN,RUN. This is the worst company ever. They promise you stuff but never come through. Most of the work that was done in the house was incomplete. The fire department had to come to the house bcs of carbon monoxide, it was coming from the boiler room. We ended up paying thousands of dollars to fix the wiring in the boiler room which they made a mistake with, the house is leaking bcs they left a huge gap up there, the basement is leaking, the bedrooms are leaking, the list goes on. The big boss himself is very unprofessional and rude and never return calls bcs he doesn’t want to be bothered. The only good thing about this company is the salesman Isaac. Don’t waste your money.

If you are planing to buy a house do your self a favor and DO NOT buy with this people. They will promise the world before and after you do the closing but guess what they will do nothing they promise. You have to be calling them in a daily basis and dont be sorprise if they dont even answer you, and when they do all you going to hear from them is promises. They will preasure you to do the closing in their terms with the promise of doing everything they agree to do. In my case is been a month and half we did the closing and we even sign a document stating everything would be done in lets than 30 days or we would get money to fix what needs to be fix in the house they sold us.
