After selling my lake home through Emmer Real Estate in late May 2022, a group of neighbors and I reached out to Jim Emmer in early August for his assistance in purchasing a parcel of land with conservation value to Green Lake. He responded immediately by viewing and walking the property that same day and agreed to represent us, along his associate, Carol Skivington.
