Sarah was very helpful in getting the properties listed and gave excellent advise on some things to do to help with the properties. She suggested asking a little higher price than I was thinking, but she knew what the market was and had a showing the first day and they offered the listing price. I was so surprised, but very thankful to Sarah. The 2nd property had a showing within a couple days and they also offered the asking price. When it was all said and done we had to take a little less, but not much and was so pleased with the outcome. Sarah made things so easy, I couldn't have asked or received better help. I highly recommend Sarah and their agency.
