My experience at Emerson Park Apartment Homes has honestly been a really positive one. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and the staff has been professional and responsive whenever I’ve needed anything. Maintenance is handled quickly, which makes a big difference. What really stands out to me is that living here has helped me get my life back on track. Having a stable, affordable place to live gave me the breathing room I needed to focus on rebuilding and moving forward. It’s a great, reasonably priced option for anyone who needs a solid foundation while working toward bigger goals. I’m grateful for the experience and would definitely recommend Emerson Park to others looking for a well-managed, welcoming community.

Absolutely a great place to live. My husband, daughter & I moved in January 9th And we absolutely made a great decision moving to this neighborhood. Its quiet, They come and fix any work orders tenents may have & its a clean environment. Maintenance guy workers, Gary and Buzz, did an amazing job on my electrical work I needed done in my unit. Gary fixed my kitchen faucet because it was loose when we moved in. Definitely 10/10 recommended if you are looking for a place to call home. Jessica, the property manager, is an amazing person. Very professional, on top Of all tenets issues & very respectful. I give this apartment complex a 5 star rating. Everything in our apartment works now. Its was only my electrical issue and my faucet. Gary and Buzz did a great job fixing what needed to be done.

I’ve had a great experience living at Emerson Park Apartment Homes. The environment is peaceful and well-maintained, with lots of greenery that creates a relaxing atmosphere. My unit is clean, spacious, and gets plenty of natural light.

Most Horrible experience! Kaylah and Jessica are as callous as they come ! The apartment complex is frequented by delinquents from the neighborhood all the time. You will have random trailers pull in and park their vehicles for several weeks straight. The two ladies in the leasing office, Kaylah and Jessica do virtually nothing about it. There were plenty of maintenance issues that were barely resolved after multiple complaints. I would like to bring attention to one particular horrible experience in this apartment complex. I lived in Emerson park from Oct 2023 to Dec 2024. In Dec 2023, I bought a new car and had informed the leasing office staff Kaylah about the same and gave her the new car's registration information so that they can know that the car belongs to one of their property r

I moved in about 3 months ago into a studio apt here and so far this has been a great experience. The office staff are friendly and helpful as well as the matence person who came an did some repairs. My apt is clean (no bug issues), and the air/heat system runs ok. No noise issues except the street traffic off Mc Clintock can be a bit loud. The light rail is a 2 min. walk away, plus a bus stop is a min. away so commute is great. The laundry room has some broken washers & dryers, an if you leave your clothes too long some one may come an steal them. Sadly, I never get refunded for non working w/d's an got robbed during my last attempt to wash clothes here. Lastly, I miss having a working stove. The 1 in my studio is a open flame stove an it gets wayyyy too hot an leaks heat from the fron
