We went for a tour and Deija really took her time to make us familiar with everything and answered our questions really well. Her responses made us consider Emerson as one of our top choices and she gave us transparency with all the charges/fees unlike other places.

We just moved in here 2 months ago and our experience has been top-notch from the moment we previewed the property. Our apartment is very clean with modern upgrades, and the location can’t be beat in terms of walkability to bars, restaurants, stores, and sporting events.. not to mention music festivals at Tempe Beach park. The entire team at Emerson: Marissa, Mckenna, Deja, Chuck, Marta, Josh, Jimmy, Brandon have all been so wonderful. We recently put in several minor maintenance requests and they were all handled same day.-WOW. Amazing. We could not be more impressed with how things have gone! Oh forgot to add that they have FREE EV chargers here which is huge! Love this place 🥰

She helped me with many things related to housing and even matters outside of housing, and she always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. Deija truly is an asset to your leasing office. We had a wonderful tour of the facility. She was very patient and explained everything in great detail. This has been one of the best tours we’ve ever been on being a third year leasing and visiting over 20 properties. This tour by far was the best. We really appreciated the connection Deija made with all three of us walking the property. Looking forward to leasing at this building.

Emerson at Mills is probably the best place to live in the Tempe area for anyone going to ASU. The management is really welcoming and retreats to resolve any issue as soon as possible. The amenities, the pool, the gym and the the lobby was always kept clean. The maintenance team is the best thing about Emerson. They always responded within a few days and made sure that we the tenants dont face too much problem. All and all, it was the best experience I had throughout my time living in Tempe.
