We haven't moved in yet but so far have had a great experience working with Madelyn. She has helped us find a great unit for our family virtually as we're coming from out of state and aren't able to see it in person. Will update after move in.
Nice, clean, quiet...a good place to live.
DO NOT STAY HERE. In 2010, my family and I lived here. There was a group of Hispanic individuals who moved into the apartment beside ours. We found out they had brought BED BUGS into their apartment. The bed bugs ended up migrating into our apartment. The manager didn't offer to pay for any exterminator or anything else to help us and we ended up having to leave, all at our expense.
Love Simmons Cay!! Felicia was so helpful finding us the perfect fit! :) great amount of space and love the community feel
We move to Onyx few days ago..close to everywhere in Blufton..condo is very nice..Jake from office help us so much and process was quick and easy...good job Jake and thanks...
