Shanon is an absolutely fantastic Community Manager! From the moment I started interacting with her, I could tell she genuinely cares about the residents and the community. Her communication is exceptional; she is always clear, prompt, and incredibly helpful with any questions or concerns. What truly sets Shanon apart is her professionalism paired with a personal touch. She makes every resident feel valued and heard and goes above and beyond to ensure our experience in the community is positive. Her organization, friendliness, and proactive approach make her an invaluable part of the team.

From the moment I visited Emerson Flats, I knew I wanted to live here. My first impression was like visiting a friend and later when I toured the property, Shanon from the staff made me feel very welcome. She was friendly, professional, and took her time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed.

The only good thing about this complex is that the apartments themselves are nice — but that’s about it, and definitely not worth the price. Everything else is a nightmare. The cameras around the property feel less like security and more like constant surveillance, watching residents coming in and out of their own homes. Maintenance is unprofessional and invasive, often entering apartments unannounced for “checkups” and making sure you’re not home when they do. Noise is out of control. Loud neighbors go unchecked, and during fall, the high school right behind the building makes it even worse — kids are constantly loud and the football field lights stay on all night. I just moved into the community and already love it. My townhouse is spacious with all modern appliances and amenities. It's in the perfect location just minutes away from my children's schools. I can't wait to try out the gym onsite!

Last night around midnight, there were zero available parking spots, despite my boyfriend paying for a designated space as part of his lease. With no other option, we temporarily parked in an EV spot. When we returned, a warning sticker had been placed dead center on the driver’s side window, making it unsafe to drive. We attempted to remove the sticker ourselves but quickly realized it would not come off. We then went to the office to ask if a scraper was available. Instead of offering assistance, the staff member simply responded, “Well, you’re not allowed to park there.” We explained clearly that there should have been an appropriate spot available, given that parking is paid for in the lease.
