Cold Springs Apartments

Great place to live. Very safe, well-maintained and well-lit at night. Maintenance staff responds quickly when needed, which is rarely. Older apartments were solidly built, so you don't hear everything your neighbor is doing. Very happy here.

The maintenance team responded within the hour of my request for a leak I had. They found the leak in a very timely manner and fixed it within and hour of me putting in the request. The maintenance team is always extremely nice when they come in! They walk me along through what the problem is and what they will do to fix it. They are also very considerate of my pets with not leaving doors open and such. All in all extremely nice and helpful!

Response from management and maintenance in regards to my issue was answered within 24 hours. (My only concern was that I got a call after the issue was addressed. I would have liked to been notified prior since I have a pet at home and also so I could have given more details and not have to ask someone to come back). Overall great service.

This place has been fantastic! We had put in a maintenance request at 10:30 pm and the problem was fixed by the time we got home from work the next day! The entire staff involved here is phenomenal and so prompt with communication. Rent is so affordable & the apartment we live in is so spacious. I have nothing, but great things to say about this place!

One of the nice things about living in an apartment is having all your maintenance needs taken care of. When my kitchen faucet had very low water pressure I stopped by the leasing office to inform them of the problem. I was on my way out to run some errands and gave them permission to enter my apartment and make the repair while I was out. When I returned home there was a note on my door telling me that they had come in for my maintenance request. I checked the sfaucet and it was working fine. It has always been my experience that maintenance requests are handled quickly and done right. I really appreciate that.
