Emerald Villas Apartments in Orlando

I have been living in these apartments for seven plus years. And I say that there has been a big improvement with the management team. The maintenance people are amazing and respectful. The duties are effectively well and completed in a timely manner. The communication with the leasing office is properly managed and effective. The security is efficiently well. Neighbors are respectful. And the property is maintained as well.

I had a very negative experience with the management team. They were unprofessional and unhelpful, and I would not recommend living here. (Frandy Larose) he is the leasing consultant he was disrespectful and deceitful. I did not receive what I was promised. They kept my holding security deposit.

I have live emerald villas for 12 years. And in all my years there, this time we have a very good hearted manager for the complex. Never judge a book by its cover, because you never know someone’s heart. Ms Bertude continue to make the complex better and I truly pray for your future endeavors at the complex to be great and that’s coming from my heart. God thank you that’s all I can say with gratitude and respect thank you for becoming the manager you are at emerald villas.❤️

My grandparents have stayed at this complex for over 30 years. Ever since new management started with Bertude everything has went down hill. The property manager is very rude and disrespectful in the way she speaks with residents and outright ignores people. The leasing consultant Frandy is also very condescending and he tries to intimidate others into how he wants things done. My grandparents have made requests to have things fixed in their apartment complex and they do not even acknowledge them. After my recent encounter with them I am convinced they are targeting my grandparents and I have already reached out to The Related Group, who are the owners of the complex. Should they not reach out I will take things more public to warn others of this injustice going on at this apartment compl

I lived here for 2 years and the people and management are the worst. They are the reason why I left. I like the community but the property manager is very rude and disrespectful. You pay your rent to the property only to be disrespected by the staff in office..these apartments are roach infested and they have a problem with sending pest control out.. I literally had to pay out of pocket for my own pest control service..and also the whole team is family from maintenance to the office staff….
