Emerald Twenty Four

I first moved into Emerald Twenty Four three years ago and have had nothing but good things to say about it since. Maintenance is always extremely fast and efficient, the property communicates well to residents, and it is unintrusive during inspections and otherwise leaves you alone. The rent went up each year but not by egregious amounts (consistent with market averages) and I feel like the value has been great for the money. Have not yet moved out so not sure how the move-out process goes. I would recommend Emerald and if I ever want to rent a 2- or 3-bed place again I would strongly consider returning.

I have lived at Emerald 24 now going on my 3rd year. It is absolutely a fantastic place to live. I live in the townhomes on the property and the grounds are kept up nicely, any maintenance issue I have is resolved within 24-48 hours, and the amenities are nice. 24/7 gym, 2 pools, no issues with packages and mail and there's cute ducks & geese in the lake that are adorable. I minimally deal with management but transferring my lease when my roommate moved out was hassle free. (She even loved the place so much that she and her new husband rent their own place on the property!) Some things to note that have never been an issue for me: Internet they use Suite Solutions or MetroNet. My boyfriend and I lived at Emerald 24 in a 2BR apt for nearly two years and loved it! The apartment was spacious with high ceilings, and nice appliances. The amenities are very nice, including a huge pool area, and a very large fitness center that's open 24/7 (shorter hours due to COVID). The office staff are very friendly and attentive to any needs. Maintenance requests were always responded to within 24 hours. Overall, its a wonderful place to live and is not overly priced like many other communities in Lexington. Generally a quiet peaceful community. We recently moved across the country, or we would still call Emerald 24 our home.

Ive lived here for a few months and I can honestly say that this is the best management ive ever seen at an apartment. Any maintenance request has always been fulfilled the day of and taken care of. I always see them driving around picking up trash, feeding the ducks, maintaining the pool every day, etc.
