Awesome view apartments are pretty shitty though

Maintenance went into my apt at Kings View almost 2 weeks ago due to a leak from my unit into the one beneath mine. I was NEVER notified that they were going to be in my apt and my work order was already completed! Now there have been huge holes put into the dining room wall of my apt! This property was switched over to a new management company on Aug 1st. I have been emailing with who is suppose to be the property manager since I moved in about several maintenance issues but this is the last straw! The new management company is telling me that they need to be held responsible for it but I am not being contacted from ANYONE! I was told that the regional manager was no longer working with them. I've received one too many apologies about my apt being rented to me with out being MOVE IN READY

Now Kings View, it should be the Peasants view. This is a very poor place. They can't keep the water on. It's trashy. The elevator has been out for months. Before the elevator completely broke down people were getting stuck inside. They do not monitor outside activity. Cars are in danger of theft and vandalism. New management is a joke. There's poor lightning in public areas. It stinks in the hall and elevator and that's if the elevator works. The office is not handicapped accessible. No security. A large police presence though, for good reason I'm sure. There are no recycling options available. The ceiling leaks regularly. There are giant roaches and mice. Nasty dirty furniture thrown out front garbage all over the parking lot pill bottles and needles

I visited and was going to come bk to view an apartment but the reviews detoured me. Get rid of the bedbugs for these poor folks and get new maintenance. I encourage anyone living there to contact the health department if issues aren't resolved and if not then contact the attorney general of Ohio.
