-Homeless encampments in the back of the property. -Let them know of issues in the back of the property since moved in and no changes were made. -Switched our apartment before move in and didn’t let us know. Had to find out from seeing a new apartment on the lease agreement. The lack of communication is disrespectful. They know when you sign the lease you’re stuck so they will say anything. Do yourself a favor and spend that extra $100 or $200 somewhere else or check out cheaper properties elsewhere.

Please be careful with this property. I have been here for a year and right at the very end the office manager illegally submitted for termination of my lease renewals, stating that both parties agreed to it however, I had just re-signed my lease renewal And it appears she changed the documents fraudulently that I signed to move out. Luckily, I have all my pictures. The property is decent. It’s the office staff that you need to be careful about every time I go in they are extremely rude And degrading, and do not treat you like you are a paying resident. I’ve submitted multiple complaints on the manager who is the one that changed my documents and turned my portal off for payments. Make sure you keep everything documented. Even all my payments for rent have suddenly vanished off my portal.

this place is so cheap they can't even maintain a call box for you to get into your apartment. don't expect to be getting any deliveries without adding a tip and talking to your delivery driver here because I'm not hopping any fences and it says that I have to call you in order to get let in so for all of you who think you can order stuff without telling your delivery driver and not tip not going to happen here you won't be getting anything

Don’t rent from these apartments because my husband and I live at Emerald Bay apartments. Due to currently dealing with a situation between the leasing manager here at Emerald Bay apartments and corporate from what it seems to be someone currently taking our rent money while being on Southern Nevada Regional Housing/section 8. After my husband and I have paid March’s 2025 rent and their rent reporting fee charges ahead of time on February,24,2025. Meanwhile, someone is also trying charge my husband and I $1019 extra after housing documented and just paid Emerald Bay apartments $809 that took effect on 03/01/25 to owner and housing also documented for my husband and I starting 03/01/2025 to pay $666 for rent to owner.
