If you go with Ember to manage your property read your lease contract they draw up carefully! My tenants bought some type of insurance instead of a security deposit, we separated (me from Ember) after they couldn’t send me a paper copy of my lease agreement (the portal Michael insists you use is tiny print to hard to read) so I missed the fact my tenants he found me with two emotional support Pitt bulls don’t have any security deposit - when I agreed verbally to one small dog I got two emotional support Pittbulls.
