Embassy Condos

In the past 18-months, I have listed and sold & successfully closed escrow on 13-different condos in the building for 6-different owners. In 2021 alone, I have sold ten and currently have 4-actively listed on the market. The Embassy has a large owner-occupant ownership core and allows owners to rent their condominiums as "Short-Term" rentals, unique to most buildings in Phoenix. Just moved in at the beginning of the year and it's been one of the more positive living experiences ever. All my fellow residents I've had the pleasure of meeting thus far have been so genuine, intelligent and easy going I'm sad I didn't find this place sooner! The door attendants are so helpful and charming. I'd be surprised if you get the opportunity to snag one of these retro-fab living units up but if you do... DON'T HESITATE! you'll never regret it

Quite convenient located

As a real estate agent, I have had the opportunity to show this building many times. And every single time is a wonderful experience and a chance to learn about the history of the building. Any conversation I have had with owners or those vacationing in an Airbnb has been a great interaction. The care that owners take within the building is awesome. Every condo is so unique, and this location is one of the best in DTPHX.

Amazing and charming building with one of the best locations in downtown! The residents are kind and the area feels safe. HOA is great with rental policies including AirBnb! Hands down one of my favorite buildings.
