Elmwood Apartments

I visited elmwood and met the property manager Nicole. Very pleasant and inviting. She took me on tour for the 1 bedroom. It’s Cozy floor plan. Grounds and Landscape do need attention. I’m interested for sure! no availability open for the time I’m interested in a few months. I will check back in a few months.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT HERE! I've been here for 3 years going on 4 and this is DEFINITELY home to me. The staff here is ABSOLUTELY amazing! The leasing manager Mrs.Beth is the ABSOLUTE best, hands down! They are very adamant about taking care of their residents. Very quiet, clean, & peaceful environment. I would give more stars if I could! If you are looking to live in a comfortable, family oriented community, Come to Elmwood Apartments and see Mrs. Beth! You won't regret it❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I regret signing a new lease at this property. I'd lived here for over 5 years.( update: I no longer live here) If I could give 0 stars I would. I've seen this place go from bad to worse, to improvement to currently the worse!. Yes they have renovated some of the units here but, there is still a lot of room for improvement.The grounds are embarrassing and the office is not often there and don't return calls also, high turn over of manager's.When it comes to the residents living here the property owners don't seem to care about improving the standards of living here. A gigantic tree fell cross ways covering half of the lawn this is in the back apartment section. This happened the weekend of Christmas, and here it's almost April and it's still there, other than a few branches and trims from

I’ve lived in the area for about 10 years and now have to move from my house. Me and my wife visited here for a tour and the improvements and renovations that have been made are great! The manager Eric was very nice and understanding of our situation and helped us through the application process. We are excited to move here next month!

5/5 stars ! Mercedes and Bailey are always pleasure to work with. The staff and management are exceptional, responsive, and pay keen attention to detail with regard to all of my maintenance needs. Mercedes is very welcoming and kind with not only myself but the other residents I have seen in passing. I absolutely love it here ! Thank you Elmwood.
