I have lived here 8 years with smart and caring people running the office and apartments.

A little pricey, but the apartment is sparkling clean upon move-in. Maintanence is amazingly responsive and takes care of any issue promptly. Enough parking space. Lived there for 4 years and enjoyed my stay.

A very clean and quiet place to live.

I cannot even begin to describe the issues we ran into living here. Though my roommates and I were there less than 3 months, we had an ant infestation several times which they claimed to fix and didn't, as well as non- functional doors. The apartments are dingy and of very poor quality for the expensive price. There was a homeless man who slept outside in our dumpster on multiple occasions, as well as theft within the complex. Finally, the office is a complete scam. We left our apartment in the exact same condition as when we moved in, even hiring a move-out team to ensure this, but Elmonica Court charged us enough so that we wouldn't get our security deposit back for things like "debris on the window shades". Look elsewhere.

If you want to deal with management that says something else and does something this is the right place for you. When I moved in, I found maintenance tools in the dish washer. I also found old shoes in the dryer, that I assume was maintenance's as well. Our apartment upon moving in was in not in the best of shape. Found yellow stains inside drawers, unstable drip pan on the stove. I moved out two weeks early and had my electricity changed over the day I moved out, I was still charged for my remaining two weeks, even though I turned in my keys. So I pretty much paid for their use of electricity. They even charged me for drip pans, which weren't even new.I moved out leaving the apartment in better condition than moving in. I do not recommend anyone staying here. As far as their prices go,
