Elm Valley Townhomes

I’ve been living here going on 4 years & since we’ve had new management under barrington residential there has been plenty of new upgrades & the maintenance team is awesome, they always come either same day or next day. They are very respectful. Also the management team in office ( sahily & Kayla ) is really so kind, understanding, & reasonable they work with you to accommodate circumstances or any concerns you have.

When I first moved here 3 years ago, the complex was called Aaron Manor Townhomes and that management at the time was really horrible. They did nothing, they nearly updated my apartment from previous tenants. I didn’t have a choice but to accept the apartment as is because I was homeless with my baby. After moving in, I found out my main router was in another apartment and occasionally my whole apartment would go without power, I had to call codes for them to fix the issues. They were so lazy and didn’t care at all. A year later, we got new management and the complex named changed to Elm Valley Townhomes and the receptionists named Sahily and we is the sweetest and bilingual she’s special, I love her so much. I want to thank Jeremy for coming out and fixing my heating problem. I was without heat the whole weekend. I sent a maintenance order on Monday and he came out. He asked a couple questions and solved the issue. He needs a raise I’m my book. Thank you again Jeremy you are a true lifesaver.

Aaron manor town homes is possibly the worst place you could possibly live. I have rented for 2 years our basement has flooded 5 times in that span and they have done nothing to address the issue so its a matter of time until it happens again. Our power trips if we use the stove and any other appliances at the same time. There answer to me is the place is old it happens. They only have 1 maintenance person for 3 propertys. They mow once a month and there snow removal is awful. They will raise your rent by 100 dollars a year. I wouldnt advise anyone to move here it will be nothing but problems for you.
