The people who are now maintenance and on site management are a bad idea. They both ruined a great complex somewhere else but if they are running this place be prepared for half-cocked repairs never doing their job or not willing to do their job and get paid for it. The worst people to run a business are the two there right now

The inside of the appartments look great! They are a low income community that doesn't make you feel like you are living in a trashy place. The community is fairly quiet, and there are plenty of kids around. There is a small and simple playground for kids. The only thing I would say is if you need management to help fix something, you do need to be a bit persistent. They seem more than happy to talk, and help, if you consistently check in to keep you in their list of things to do.

Have been living here for 5 years and is still a great place to live. Maintenance is good and prompt. Beautiful apartment and great management. Prices even better

I lived in these apartments and I had no issues as Jenna was the office lady at the time. She was awesome.

We turned in our application and the complex said we were accepted in. They then a week later called back and said that, out of the blue, we weren't accepted any more. We now have even less time to find a place as they have taken up part of it saying we were accepted
