Do not use them to manage your property! They don't communicate and let you know if there are problems in your home and don't let you know when someone moves out and they move someone in. They allow pets even when you clearly stated you don't want cats. They don't do house checks ever! All they do is get the rent money take their percentage for "managing" your property while they don't manage anything. They don't care about your property or you. All they care about is getting money for doing nothing. They didn't contact us when our contract was up to come back in and renew it. They don't communicate at all and allow people to trash your property and have their cats piss all over your home when you didn't allow pets in the first place.

I would recommend considering another company for your real estate needs. While the agent I worked with was friendly, I didn’t feel they had my best interests at heart or served as a strong advocate during the home-buying process. On multiple occasions, the agent hesitated to submit offers based on feedback from the seller’s agent, which I initially thought was standard practice in Gillette. However, after consulting with another agent, I realized this approach was not the norm. A seller’s agent is naturally motivated to secure the highest possible price, and my agent should have been more proactive in submitting offers and advocating for me rather than simply following the status quo. Additionally, when I was contacted by another agent from the same company, and I expressed my intent to

bought a home with them, and they got the full commission because the seller used them as the listing agent and i used them as a buyers agent and they REFUSED to get the house cleaned for us before moving in. This has always been customary in my past real estate transitions. I would not recommend unless you want to move into a dirty house or have to pay a company to clean the home before you move in.
