This place is absolutely the worst place to live. CHECK REDDIT. Even after Webster properties took over, doesn’t change the fact that the owners are still terrible and the building repairs were poorly done. All units on 2nd and 3rd floor is flooded. Hueber Bruer who did the work doesn’t care at all so they had to switch managements to Webster Properties. There was someone on the 8th floor penthouse who got robbed. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Everyone regrets it. EVERYONE. They keep saying it’s an old building this and that but there are so many violations. All their windows for example are bolted shut with no proper ventilation so you have a building with no working windows.

TERRIBLE. Been here a few months and started out good. Once weather started getting cold, freezing air comes through the walls, reading BELOW FREEZING. Bedroom consistently stays around 58-61 degrees and you can feel the cold air pouring through, not exaggerating. It is not normal heat loss, my heater and space heater is always on to maintain 72 degrees. My electric bills have over tripled to make up for the air infiltrating through my apartment. Management refuses to acknowledge or do anything to resolve the issue, despite ongoing for months (4 and counting). I suggest anyone to choose another apartment, I really regret it.

First day moving in, I had terrible experience. How they can leave the unit a mess and charge cleaning fee? Maintenance person say some unit have bad water damage so he is fixing. I met some other neighbors and they are not happy here. One elevator is broken and there is no sign for license on elevator. In front of building there is big pieces of building falling out.

This was the best decision I've made. They made the process very simply and fast! And the apartments are truly luxury! Specifically Marlynda is who I worked with and she is the best! She is efficient and super kind! She made me feel welcomed before I moved in! And her communication skills are immaculate! I Love it here.

So many problems with my penthouse. Ashlynn's always been passive-aggressive, and recently she even stopped answering my messages. My apartment was a mess when I moved in. I also didn’t get any of the promotional free months when signing the lease, it felt like Ashlynn was only looking out for her own benefit, not being fair to tenants. My friend (also moved in recently) and I are actively considering breaking the lease.
