STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY FOR MANAGEMENT- If you have tenants that are even of the slightest of difficult to work with (which is why many of us investors hire property managers) this company will drop you. Seems to me they only wanted easy grab money landlords where they can see a tenant once a quarter take a few repair calls and get no complains to take your money. From my experience, things were getting too difficult for them and they randomly sent me a letter to drop me from there management company (knowing i would be out of town they sent this and thought I wouldn't find out until i got back which would have left me with only a few days to find a new company) super unprofessional if you ask me.

I was requesting information on a commercial property and was connected with Carrie Cummins. Carrie was sick for about a week until I was able to do a walk through. During my application process Carrie was very rude when I was asking questions about the commercial property. Making comments such as “why does it even matter”. I would not recommend this realtor nor do I recommend working with this company.

I moved this year for the first time in many years. I went to Ellison to help me find an affordable apartment is a safe neighborhood. Boy, did they deliver! Ellison found me a beautiful apartment for not much more that I paid previously with a garage. The yard and landscaping is well maintained. The neighborhood is quiet and a short drive from my office. I could not be happier. All of my neighbors tell me that if problems come up, they are taken care of right away. I highly recommend using Ellison Property Management if are looking to move.

I helped my daughter get her first apartment with Ellison, Terri was GREAT! I am a "hands-on" mom and the office manager at Ellison (Kevin) made sure that ALL parties continued to have an open communication and understanding. The apartments are very spacious and provide my daughter enough space to have plenty of family time and gatherings. The neighbors are awesome and have a GREAT sense of community, it makes me feel more secure knowing that my daughter is in GOOD HANDS!

these people are naive and a insult. There is a person in their complex constantly harassing people and getting her friends involved yet more complaints that are filed they do not do anything about it. Yet they will be happy to throw a family on the street with a child in heartbeat. These kind of property owners need new management and need to think about how they write their leases or rewrite the leases. Also there are families needing a two bedroom but refuse to cancel the people leases that are 1 person 2 bedrooms and put the family that needs it in the 2 bedroom. very very very poor experience. The apartments themselves all not that great and they raise the rent regardless if their apartments are not even worth the amount they want.
