Ellison Parkview

Moving into this apartment has been such a great experience. From the very beginning, the management team was welcoming, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire application and move-in process. The building is clean, well-maintained, and feels very safe. The apartment itself is beautiful bright, spacious, and exactly what I was looking for. Everything feels modern and thoughtfully designed, and it genuinely feels like home already. The community is quiet, friendly, and peaceful, which makes settling in even easier. I truly appreciate how smooth the entire transition has been, and I’m excited to call this place home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed, and stylish place to live!

I just moved in & could not be happier. My only concern was game day/event traffic, but it was not an issue! I moved in on a day that the Braves were in town, and left my apartment multiple times throughout the day with no problems. Brandy & the leasing team were more than helpful during the entire process! This place is beautiful & conveniently located compared to all of the other apartments at the battery. After touring several apartments in the area, I am so glad I chose Ellison Parkview!!

The team at Ellison Parkview makes you feel at home. The feeling you get when you enter the property is luxurious. Brandy and Navini were wonderful, showing my fiance and me around, and the amenities are exceptional. We can't wait to move in and walk to our favorite restaurants in the Battery.

I rarely write reviews, but the experience I had with the leasing team at Ellison Parkview deserves recognition. From the moment I walked in, Navini Turner, Sarah West, and Brandy treated me like I was already home. They were warm, patient, and genuinely invested in making the whole process smooth. After touring several communities, theirs stood out—not just for the beautiful space, but for the kindness and personal attention they showed. When I hit a snag resetting my bank password, they didn’t just point me to a form or make me wait; they took the time to help me through it. My experience with Ellison has been hit and miss. They do try to keep the property clean in main areas, but it’s seems they are having trouble managing the building overall as they have increased in tenants. For example, as a business owner, I have even reached out multiple times to inquire about renting retail spaces and have not even been contacted back. This seems highly counter productive for a new complex looking to grow and has caused me to look elsewhere. I also had looked into renewing a lease, only to be ignored for way too long. I have since decided to switch gears and move away from Ellison. The accommodations are nice if you are single or do not have kids or pets, but the complex is also starting to fill up with a much younger crowd of residence which can take away the peace
