Never had issues with this property until it was bought but HD Omaha, since then rent and fees have increased each year with no improvements to resident’s actual apartments unless something fully break and has to be replaced and now locks that can only be accessed with you phone. Common areas are cleaned less frequently since HD bought it though fees have increased. Has been increasingly frustrating since it was bought out.
