Ellis Court

Absolutely hands down the best apartment/townhome!! Absolutely loved management and maintenance. Absolutely loved my three bedroom apartment with attached garage quiet friendly neighborhood and my biggest thing was that it was very safe with a lot of shopping centers right beside it and nearby. This was my first ever apartment by myself with my children and it was the best experience I could ever ask for if you’re looking for a place to call home I highly suggest Ellis court!

Never lived here but this property has the same land lord/laddy as grant square and I lived there. Revews there matter too. Recomend viewing bolth. Overall a bad managment that dosnt care.

Horrible experience just wanting to see a apartment. I was on the phone with a "Amanda" who I was able to schedule a tour to see a unit. When I arrived and went inside the office to meet the person that was going to show me around I was told that they're was nothing scheduled and about 2 minutes later received a call that I was actually scheduled to see a Costello property all the way across town. I had actually asked for time off from work for this and had a message for my confirmation. Don't know who mixed everything up but very unprofessional.

Located on the west side of Sioux Falls, Ellis Court is a great place to live. Comes with an attached garage; washer, dryer, and dishwasher in the unit; we pay water, sewer, and garbage. With a very appealing atmosphere, come check us out!
