Fix the parking lot at 1091 Main Street, Buffalo, NY. Gravel parking lot is terrible and should be paved. Beautiful building and a cheap gravel, trash littered parking lot for the clients visiting this building. In the winter since the parking lots not graded properly and not paved, it gets icy and causes problems getting in and out. The exterior of the building itself and the interior are fine.

This review pertains to 10 Symphony Circle. COCKROACHES I moved in to a unit here August 1st. When I went to pick up the keys, I saw a bug run across the stove briefly. Since bugs are a part of life I didn't think much of it at the time. However, it turned out to be a cockroach that would lead to later discovering an complete infestation of the entire unit. Since August 1st, I have not gone a single day without seeing a roach. Management was promptly notified, and I worked with Erica Kane to get a pest control service in the unit August 4th, and then again on August 22nd. Both times, no official documentation of service was provided despite my request, and the only reason I knew it was done was due to cameras in my apartment. Dear Building Administration, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to share a small but important suggestion regarding the television sets located in the public lobby of the Ellicott Square Building. Currently, both TV screens are typically set to Fox News. While I understand this may be a preferred choice for some, I believe that a more balanced approach to programming would better serve the diverse tenants, employees, and visitors who utilize the lobby space—especially during lunchtime hours. Many customers and visitors have expressed a preference for staying informed about local events. To that end, I kindly suggest that one of the two TVs be tuned to Spectrum News 1, which provides relevant and timely updates on happenings in and around Buffalo. The second TV can remain

Big yikes. *Details requested for business account- Would not recommend after 3 years of experiences. The ups-The units themselves are decent. The maintenance guys are super helpful and nice, and the website for paying rent is extremely user friendly. Major downside- unfortunately how management handled things. I decided to end my lease early after I was met with resistance on a very odd situation. A new tenant in the building would stand outside my door daily and talk into my ring camera, stating she was going to take my decorations down (literally for no reason) when I reached out with the evidence, I received a phone call and was told that they didn’t even know who that person was and didn’t have record of her living in the building. My wife and I sold our home after 20 years of ownership to move to Buffalo and we were extremely nervous about becoming first time renters. Ellicott, and thier team have been exceptional at every step of the process. From touring units, to walking us through the rental agreement, the Ellicott team, and in our unique instance Erica K., were extremely professional and kind.
