Nice and quiet, neighbors aren't psychotic so that's a plus. Been here a year and only seen a cop one time, and that was for a car repo or something. Delivered packages do not get pilfered, in fact I've had a couple things dropped off at the wrong unit and it either gets put at my door by whoever receives it or if it's ridiculously heavy they let me know to come get it. Office staff are nice too.
