Cross Creek Apartments

I lived here 12 years ago and I loved it. I didn't want to move but a relationship became complicated and in order to end it I had to also terminate the lease 😭 I'm set to move back very soon but it will be totes different because I'll be alone this time.

Pretty nice apartments in a nice area close to grocery store and gas station. Property was clean and well maintained grounds. Coin operated Laundry mat onsite and playground for children. Both up and downstairs apartments with large breezeway areas.

Paperwork always behind, Can't hire legit maintenance to actually fix and up keep the property and the owner's daughter who previously lived and worked here was fired for stealing money, put $1400 on my credit report trying to cover up the addiction she had. They fixed my credit I got a new apartment after 8 years of BS ON MY CREDIT. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DEFINITELY SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY WITH THESE GOVERNMENT BASED APARTMENTS!

Big thanks to the apartment managers, Amy and Nikki. They explained the rental procedure step by step. Kept me informed. I learned the hard way that there is a serious housing shortage for the handicapped in this area. I feel fortunate and grateful to be a part of this special community of residents and friendly employees.

The management is not the best, she has a bad case of favoritism and her attitude is bad also. Plus she agreed to not do things in court but here I am screwed because it was only supposed to go against my ex but I get the shaft also. Will never ever rent from these people again
