Elizabeth Station Charlotte Apartments

Beautiful apartment complex!! The amenities are great and everything is maintained well! The office staff, my girls, Toya and Heather are awesome! They know me by name in the leasing office and I feel so welcome anytime I walk in. The location is great, affordable and I very happy living here. As this is the 5th time I've resigned! There have been a couple of issues and miscommunications in the past. But with the issues Elizabeth Station has never left me high and dry. They have always righted their wrongs. Would recommend Elizabeth Station to anyone!

The entire process of leasing and moving in has been wonderful. Toya was my main point of contact and she was quick and kind with answering any questions. Since moving in I haven't had any issues. My guests have parked both in the deck and on the street safely. I have made a couple of maintenance requests since moving in on small things that need handled and they are completed within 24 hrs or less. The amenities are well kept and the apartment itself is beautiful. I was honestly worried after reading some of the reviews but I can confidently say that those experiences do not reflect my own.

My boyfriend is moving in next month, and the whole process has been very smooth. Annie has been amazing, so helpful and easy to work with. We’re really grateful for her and the entire team at Elizabeth Station!

Update: Should have listened to the online reviews. The amenities promised are not in working order. The garage doors have been broken since I moved in, never fixed and that has allowed people to enter steal packages and most recently broken my car door in attempt to steal it. When I called the front desk to place this complaint Roxy told me that they just haven’t been able to get a contractor out there in the past 4 months and that living in an apartment just comes with the risk of your car getting stolen sooooooo unless this is the type of representation you want to pay insanely high rent for please look elsewhere and save yourself and your property the damage. we had the best experience getting settled in with Heather. Any good reviews in the past year are from new residents. Ask what their retention rates are and it’ll help you get a view of why the reviews are split. Gates and elevators break just about every other month for weeks at a time, they put the dumpsters facing into traffic so there’s barely enough space for one vehicle to drive through with people parking on the road, they just throw everything else next to the dumpsters which causes a great eyesore (who wants to welcome someone over and the first thing you see are mountains of garbage and discarded items), for a ‘luxury’ complex they don’t clean common areas (garage, stairwell, halls) nor do they hold any resident appreciation events. There are so many miscellaneous fees at this complex specifically, that should be included in the rent, the
