Elizabeth Green

I've lived at Elizabeth Green for over two years, and it's been a great experience. The location is hard to beat-it's in a very walkable area and centrally located in Charlotte, which makes getting around super convenient. The property manager, Wendy, is absolutely wonderful. She's responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents. Anytime there's been an issue, she's addressed it quickly and effectively. If you're looking for a peaceful place to call home or a solid place to start fresh, highly recommend Elizabeth Green. It's a welcoming community in a fantastic part of the city!

I loved living at Elizabeth Green for over 2 years. It is an excellent location in Charlotte and walkable to many good restaurants in the Elizabeth/Plaza Midwood area. Management is wonderful to work with and very responsive.

I have had nothing but a wonderful experience with this property in my 3 years of living at Elizabeth Green!! We actually loved it so much that we moved from one unit to another renovated when the property was undergoing renovations. The property manager-Wendy Paige-is wonderful with communicating with her tenants and the Maintenance Team for this property is absolutely on it. The community at Elizabeth Green is unmatched and our location is perfect—providing access to both the Elizabeth and Plaza neighborhoods. As long as I am living in the Charlotte area I will be choosing to live here at Elizabeth Green!

Elizabeth Green is a wonderful place to live. Beautiful apartment and area. Responsiveness of staff regarding any issues is so fast and the apartments are so quiet

I loved living at Elizabeth Green. The property manager, Wendy Paige, is very responsive and maintenance is taken care of promptly. The location and neighborhood are safe and walkable. I enjoyed the management so much I moved into a renovated unit at Elizabeth Park.
