She is accessible in a very timely manner for all questions and concerns. The home was provided in a great condition and we really enjoyed our time there. We returned the property in excellent condition and very promptly received our full security deposit. We would highly recommend Elite for anyone seeking a rental property in the area. I rented a new home with Elite and the process was great. Renee was manager on this and she was easy to work with and always had great communication. Whenever I had a question she had an answer or solution found. I never felt that I was without the information needed when signing the lease or closing it out. I would have liked to rent from her again but I wasn’t able to find a property in the area I needed. She goes above and beyond and is very active with tenants. It is very easy to request maintenance on their website and the response is always quick. Phyllis respects our privacy by scheduling maintenance and letting us know when we can expect a technician.
