I worked with realtor Kevin Harmacoond as a first time Homebuyer. He was kind, patient, and went through any and everything with me to make sure I understood the process, and went above and beyond in assisting me from start to finish - from contacting the mortage company to make sure I got a preapproval, to staying on top of my real estate attorney and maintaining proper contact with the seller's agent as well and organizing closing as soon as possible so I could move out of my apartment into my new home before that lease was up. I found my dream home and he made sure I was able to get it. I couldn't be more happy with his service and I'm now in my home and love everything about it and it wouldn't have been possible without him.
