They kept me informed and communicated when they needed me to sign documents. Very grateful for all their help once I moved out of Alaska they were my boots on the ground.

In the renting department terrible experience from the beginning. Sassy management and took over a month to get our security deposit back. Terrible experience with them because of this. (Property on North Pole) maybe because of this the management is not really involved. Gas leaking problems Water problems We are a military family so we are familiar with renting properties and definitely stay away from this company.
