My husband and I lived at The Gables for several years. Overall, our experience while living there was generally positive. We didn’t have many major issues during our time as residents. There were a few instances where late fees were added even though our payment wasn’t late. Each time, the issue was eventually resolved after contacting the office, though it sometimes required multiple calls. Our rent did increase each time we renewed our lease for the same apartment. The increases were outlined in the lease agreements, so while expected, it’s something prospective tenants should keep in mind. The main issue occurred after we moved out. Elite Property Management has been awesome to rent from. The people there are super nice and easy to work with. Any time I’ve needed something, they’ve taken care of it fast and without any hassle. The place is kept up really well and everything’s always clean and in good shape. You can tell they actually care about their tenants and not just about collecting rent. Definitely one of the best rental experiences I’ve had. highly recommend them.

If I could give zero stars I would but this has got to be one of the worst places I’ve rented from. If you ever rent an older house or apartment from them expect them to take your entire deposit and still have to owe money. They are very unorganized and will not keep up with anything you send them. I even moved in later than I was supposed to because they never cleaned or painted the walls when I continued to call them about it. I had to go ahead and move in or I would have been homeless. These are pictures before I moved in, after they claimed they had a “cleaning crew” come out twice. There is urine still behind the toilet, Poop on the window frame, dirt all in the sinks. Absolutely disgusting! Oh but they are still charging me a cleaning fee! They will completely take advantage of you

It’s amazing to see how poorly a property management company can be managed. They allowed squatter to stay in this location terrorizing the neighborhood and bringing the property value down dramatically. Rentals do NOT belong in family oriented neighborhoods. If you want to rent you find apartments. This is a great neighborhood that is being dragged through the mud because of companies like Elite Property Management. The residents of this neighborhood will not allow them to stay once the hoa is turned over. They don’t even maintain their vacant properties, what makes you think they will maintain the ones that are occupied.

Believe the negative one star reviews. The apartment I rented was not professionally cleaned when I moved in. The lease I signed stated $250 will be taken from my deposit for cleaning the apartment. The apartment was not freshly painted and needed it. There were roaches in the apartment and I asked for pest control, first I was told they would do it then I was told it was on me. This management company is only concerned with profit. There idea of customer service is telling you what you want to hear but saying the final decision is up to Margaret. Margaret only cares about her bottom line and abandoned customer service a long time ago. The communication with in the organization is poor so one person may say one thing and another person something else. Read your entire lease and if you
