25 years, that is how long I have been doing flooring business with Elite Properties. I am thankful for them. I have seen them remodel so many units and stay competitive in the apartment market. They are smart, hard-working individuals. They run their business honestly.

For over 15 years we have been doing flooring business with Elite Properties. They are constantly upgrading their units and doing full remodels with LVT that looks like wood. All of their complexes are spacious- Brentwood, Saratoga Springs, Greentree, Winshire Square, Willowbrook, Sycamore Cottages and Huntington Creek. Their employees are always easy to work with, by far our favorite customer.

i currently live here and will be out soon amd will never come back. first apartment me and my ex roomate had and the worst experience honestly. they first of all let my ex roommate just leave and now it’s all on me to get everything all good money wise which is extremely hard for a 20 year old just starting out. and when i decided to go up there and speck about the matter i was told that there is nothing they can do about it even though there is I have spoken to many other places and was told that that was very illegal to just let her out of the contract like that the staff can be nice when they choose to be. we call many many time about problems we had been having and nothing was done about it until the last 2 months of me living here we moved in last June2024 it’s not June 2025 it was a

After moving out of my apartment this is my review of my terrible experience at Brentwood Pointe Apartments. The place is infested with mice, and management seems completely indifferent to the problem. Despite multiple complaints, nothing was done to address the issue. The mice were everywhere, getting into food and causing a mess. It's unacceptable to live in such conditions. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Dealing with a mice infestation in the kitchen has been a nightmare. These pests are everywhere, chewing through food packages, leaving droppings, and contaminating everything. They've destroyed pantry items, gnawed on wires, and even damaged some of the kitchen appliances. It's been a constant battle trying to clean up after them and keep them out. The situation is really

i live in seratoga springs and my lease is up in 4 months and id like to say they are the laziest most unhelpful people unless its something small like their maintenance guys cant come in bc you add extra locks cause they give you one lock and thats it with quite the big amount of homeless people walking around. ive had beer cans and liqour bottles thrown in the back of my truck multiple times and they could care less. they bombed the apartment next door and return me and my roomate getting the bugs and stuff from that one and they didnt care to send a exterminator to our apartment. we have been here 6 months and they have yet to fix the cabinets and doors and shower.
