Crystal Rogers was recommended to me and she went right to work helping me find a house under a tight timeline. Right before closing she did some unexpected negotiating on my behalf which saved me money. I felt she truly had my best interests in mind.

I cannot speak on the other agents at this company but DO NOT work with Crystal Rogers. Accepted an offer on a home and last minute decides to back out and accept someone else’s after the fact! If you want to work with someone genuine and true to their word I do not recommend her. - Her response below is quite hilarious! There was a verbal agreement of the acceptance of the offer regarding the property. “A few weeks” was not needed, the check was cut the same day the acceptance was made. She even slipped up and said we had the highest offer which realtors are not supposed to do. On top of that, she accepted a different offer AFTER the deadline. She has the right to defend her name as she should, it’s just sad she has to lie to do so. But yes I agree, very unfortunate!

I would definitely recommend Rhonda Petitte-Carsten! She's an amazing broker. Helped us with the purchase of our first home. Very knowledgeable and extremely nice.
