The water was shut off AGAIN this morning because the main line that was just repaired at the end of January (that was another water shut off) just flooded the front of the property. It does not end here. I couldn’t shower and had to brush my teeth at work because this place cannot figure this out and never will, they do not care. So while they put bandaids on 30 year old plumbing, water bill and common water bill doesn’t change. DO NOT MOVE HERE. You will be constantly stressed and there’s nothing luxury or peace of mind about this place

Do NOT Live here. I am dealing with the repercussions 10 months after I moved out still. I moved out, paid everything in full and on time, even the inflated fees and was still sent to collections five months after I had already paid. The office confirmed in writing that I have a zero balance and that this was their mistake, yet I am still receiving collection calls because no one here is capable of fixing the problem they created. What makes this worse is the complete lack of accountability. Emails accomplish nothing. The manager is unresponsive and evasive, only asking questions she already has the answers to with hopes of stringing things along. Even showing up at the office in person gets you nowhere — no one has answers, no one follows through, and no one takes ownership. You are lef

We submitted a maintenance request for our bathroom. Caleb showed up in a timely manner. He was very professional and friendly. I was very impressed with the service as most apartment complexes I’ve lived in had its fair share of issues.

Griffin, one of the maintenance persons at Elite, has been a wonderful, attentive, responsive, and respectful person to have work on our apartment. I’ve had not so great experiences beforehand in the 4+ yrs living here and he went above and beyond to help us when our fridge died on X-mas eve. This guy really does make sure the customer is happy and I hope he gets promoted!

I loved living here. The location is safe, the grounds are well kept, and the apartments are so nice and clean and updated. Any time I had an issue it was resolved quickly. I had to move for no reason tied to the apartment but I miss it all the time.
