Very unresponsive and unprofessional. I paid the $40 application fee and was told someone would contact me shortly. I waited a week with no response. I call and get ahold of the secretary, she takes name and number and tells me someone will reach out to me shortly. Waited another week and still no contact. Called back again and spoke with the secretary and explained the issue, she gave me an email address and told me to send my paystubs to proceed. I sent the paystubs two weeks ago and still nothing. A whole month and still no communication. I have already found a place and moved in through a different realtor. Would NOT recommend using elite home rentals.

Poor experience! The maintenance doesn’t fix anything! They lie and say it’s fixed and it’s not. I had to call code enforcement on them because they let the tenant upstairs continue to leak her bath water on me because they wouldn’t fix her bathtub. They also let her harass me and my son. They lied on me and got me arrested! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!

They have tons of high-quality property options, ranging in size and price allowing for whatever space you might need and what your budgeting options are. They are fair and straightforward, and have never shown me anything other than kindness. I am so lucky to have been connected with Camper!

i cant wait to move .. when i first moved in , hometown holding rented the place .. then a year later , these people took over .. horrible accomidations .. maintenance takes forever to come out and when they do they just tell uu that they cant do anything ! i would not recommend anyone rent with them !

Rented for them for over 3 years. Had a great experience especially with camper! They were commutative and worked with me as much as possible! The only negative thing I could say is they could be a little bit more selective of who they hire for maintenance. At the very least. Can't say much about the company but would recommend camper alone!!!!!
